TERMS OF SERVICE
- YOU CONSENT TO THESE TERMS BY COMMISSIONING ME. Deliberate attempts to evade or breach these TOS or attempts to scam will earn you a place on a public blacklist.
- Payment with paypal or mobilepay or in cash at a convention. Can consider gift cards and virtual currency payments for friends/mutuals.
- I have the right to cancel or turn down a commission for any reason and I am not obligated to provide one.
- If I've already started the work and either I or the commissioner cancel the order, a partial refund will be issued. The final amount of the refund is always up to discussion depending on the amount of finished work.
- Turnaround time varies anywhere from a few days to a few months due to changes in my energy and motivation levels and situation in life. You can ask for an estimated TAT before commissioning if this concerns you.
- You are free to use the finished commission in any way you'd like as long as it is non-commercial and non-harmful. You can edit it, draw over it, post it online (with credit), use it as a profile picture, etc., but you are not allowed to monetarily profit off of it. This means you cannot sell prints or stickers of it, use it in advertisements, sell recolorings of it, etc. If you do want to use it for commercial purposes, we can discuss a one-time fee for you to be able to do so. You are never allowed to feed my art into any AI training programs or edit my art with AI.
- every extra character in a single commission is +80% of the original price.
- I will by default apply my watermark on commissions. A watermark-free version costs 5€ extra.
- I reserve the right to post finished commissions on my social medias. If you want your commission to remain private, there will be a +30% fee. Whether you want to be tagged or mentioned in those social media posts is completely up to you though and you can request to remain anonymous free of charge.
- Any changes to the commission after delivering the finished product will result in an additional fee. The amount of this fee depends on the severity of the changes and will always be discussed first.
- I mostly only draw furry art so humanoids, monsters, mecha, etc., will come at some extra cost. If you want me to draw something non-furry, do ask about it and we can discuss a price!
- I do both SFW and NSFW commissions. I am open to draw most kinks and fetishes. If you have an unconventional request, do not fear to ask it! I might not accept a commission asking to draw something that I have no prior experience drawing, but I will never judge you for your tastes. However I will never agree to draw NSFW of underaged characters, quadrupedals, animal genitalia and rape, so do not bother asking.
- NSFW commissions cost an additional 20% of the original price, since they usually include posing and angles that I have little experience drawing and consider difficult.
